Does this replace the Act! Outlook add-in?+

Yes — Act! Sync+ handles email auto-attach, manual attach from Outlook, and creating contacts and activities, and adds reliable calendar and contact sync. It's built for modern Microsoft 365 and Google mailboxes, so it keeps pace as your email platform evolves.

Which email providers work?+

Microsoft 365, Google Workspace / Gmail, and any standard IMAP mailbox.

Does it work with desktop Act! and Act! Cloud?+

Both. Act! Cloud and self-hosted connect over the Act! Web API; desktop databases use a small local agent that files on your PC. You pick your setup during onboarding.

Will it create duplicate contacts or double-file emails?+

No. An idempotency ledger and duplicate-detection make sure the same email is never attached twice and existing contacts are matched instead of re-created.

Is my email data secure?+

Yes. We minimize what's stored in the cloud, encrypt your credentials, and everything files under your own Act! login — nothing is shared across accounts.

Can my whole team use it?+
