Terms of Service

Effective October 28, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you (or the organization you sign up for) and Corelogix, which provides Act! Sync+ (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. The Service

Act! Sync+ connects your email account and calendar (Microsoft 365, Google, or IMAP) to your Act! CRM database: it files emails into Act!, syncs calendars and contacts, and lets you create Act! records from your mailbox. Features run only when you turn them on. We may improve or change the Service over time.

2. Your account

3. Free trial, billing and cancellation

4. Your data

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to break the law, to access data you aren't authorized to access, to interfere with the Service or other users, or to try to reverse-engineer or overload it.

6. Other services

The Service works with products from other companies, including Act!, Microsoft and Google. Your use of those products is governed by their own terms, and we aren't responsible for their availability or changes. Act! is a trademark of its owner and is used here to describe compatibility; Act! Sync+ is a product of Corelogix.

7. Availability and warranty

We work to keep the Service reliable, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Corelogix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken, or if required by law. After an account is closed, we delete its data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and let account holders know in advance by email or in the app. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Alberta.
